yellow flower after the rain


Could someone tell me what kind of flower/plant is this? cause i don't know what is it. i saw this during the last time we went to park for a picnic. actually it is hanging from a tree and i find it cute that it caught my eye, so i took a picture.

i think it's "golden showers"... we also have that in the office's yard. nice to see when its blooms fall, like confetti.
