Nowadays, there are lots of massively multiplayer online role-playing games (or MMORPG for short) out in the market. There are those quite popular like World of Warcraft (WoW), Lord of The Rings and Final Fantasy XI where you can play and interact with other players all over the world. It's like playing videogames with social interaction. But in order to enjoy these games, you must shell out some of your moolah. This is for buying/installing the game or to pay monthly subscriptions. This could be very expensive specially once you become engrossed playing the games you want.
As an alternative, they are other companies that released MMORPG games that are free to download AND/OR free to play. Though I never played an MMORPG myself, I tend to enjoy watching other people, for example my housemates, playing these kind of games. The games looks quite amazing, initially I thought I was watching World of Warcraft or an expansion of it. The gameplay is similar to the Diablo series. The game engine manage to dish out a lot of visuals that it would appear that it was a paid MMORPG game. And that is the best part of it: you can download and play the game for free! Of course you have an option to avail the 4.99USD membership fee to be able to access additional features that enhance the gameplay.
