This afternoon we dropped by to Tampines Mall initially just to have a light dinner/snack at Tori-Q, a Yakitori stall that my husband craves for. After strolling around, we decided to watch Kung Fu Panda, the latest animation film from DreamWorks. We were able to acquire a pair of good tickets for the 9:20 pm show.
The movie turned out to be very entertaining. Me, Marielle and my husband have a quite a lot of laughs. The story is about a fat and lazy panda who turned out to be the prophecized Dragon Warrior. It was fun watching how he was discovered by an old sage and changed from a clumsy and slob panda to a Kung Fu Master. We really liked the fighting scenes and the bumbling mistakes done by Po, the Panda. There was one quote in the movie we really liked. "Yesterday was the past. Tomorrow is the future. Today is a gift, that's why it is called the present". These may not be the exact words as I was having a hard time remembering them hehe.
All in all, the movie is great and worth watching with the whole family. I'm sure you'll have quite a lot of laughter while watching it.
